SHIPPING & LOCAL PICKUPS

SHIPPING TIMES ARE IN ADDITION TO OUR CURRENT TURN AROUND TIMES. 

Orders will ship within our current turn around time listed on the home page of our website. This can fluctuate depending on time of year, holidays, and new release periods. A email will be sent with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Please be sure your shipping address is correct. We are unable to change your address after your order has been placed and we will not be held responsible for any nondeliveries. 

Items are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight of your order. This typically takes 2-5 business days after it has been shipped. 

We are not responsible for any missing orders if the tracking number shows it as delivered. You will need to contact your local post office for further assistance.  

Once USPS has the package it is out of my control. There might be delays due to weather, holidays, etc. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates, only ship by dates.

DAMAGES/CLAIMS

Any items that have been damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photograph of the damaged item and shipping package. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. 

PICK UP ORDERS: 

Local pickup orders will only be held for 90 DAYS. 
If you fail to pickup your order within the 90 day period, your order will be donated and you will not receive your order OR refund.
